Top Notch Entertainment, LLC (“TNE”) is a Terminal Operator licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board. As a Terminal Operator, we provide slot machines, also known as video gaming terminals (“VGTs”), and redemption machines to retail establishments.

 

At TNE, our mission is to help retail establishments generate more revenue. Besides providing the VGTs and redemption machines, we are true partners for licensed establishments, providing guidance and support on everything from the initial licensing application, to the layout of the game room, to marketing and signage.
